The International Board of Chiropractic Neurology
IBCS APPROVED MEMBER BOARD - TIER 1
The international board of Chiropractic Neurology (IBCN) was formed in 1997 as a committee of the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN). It was a successor to the American Chiropractic Academy of Neurology (ACAN). The IBCN currently requires successful completion of a minimum of 300 CEU's of training in a Neurology Diplomate Program offered by a sponsor approved by the International Board of Chiropractic Specialties (IBCS). Once the program is completed, the applicant must posses a doctor of chiropractic or equivalent degree and pass a two part written examination as well as an OSCE format practical examination.
The IBCN uses proper test psychometry and continuous quality improvement methodology.
